Haven River, the next pattern in Just One More, is based on the construction of one of my favorite shawls, Trapeze.

First, three trapezoids are knit from the center out. These trapezoids are then connected by triangles, which I call connectors. Then, stitches are picked up for the bottom border and a beaded lace ruffle is worked.

Finally, the top edge of the shawl is finished off with attached i-cord. Of course, you can knit this pattern with no beads at all and you will still love it!

Optional Bead Info:
Approx. 30 grams Size 8/0 glass seed beads (prestrung, for connectors and border)
Dental floss threader (for stringing beads)
Approx. 8 grams Size 6/0 glass seed beads (placed, for bottom border)
.75-1mm steel crochet hook, Super Floss, or Beadle Needle (for placing beads)

If working with Sheepwalk 600, note that you can use one skein, but it will be “close”, I had 9% of the skein leftover make sure you get gauge!

Video tutorials are included to help with new techniques.

Haven RIver is available individually or at a discount as a part of a serialized e-Book about my knitting addiction Just One More.
