This kit will make one Kairos Cuff!
In Greek Kairos means a propitious moment for decision or action... that is what happened earlier this year when I was craving a new project! I had an idea for a leather clasp and found a leather worker a few miles from my house who was game for a challenge! We worked on a design for a clasp that would work well with knitwear, lightweight, simple, easy to attach!
Kairos uses a new to me random beading technique on a simple 1 x 1 ribbing base that allows the beads to POP to the top of the fabric! The pattern includes videos that will show you just how easy working this technique is!
The Karios kit comes packaged in a reusable tin, that makes a great beading bowl, container for storing your knitting supplies, or whatever else you can dream up!
