This rewarding knit is worked from the center out, with yarnover increases to shape this twinkling circle. It is then attached to a metal hoop with single crochet and bulky weight yarn. Once your lights are attached to the hoop you get to go to town with embellishment. The possibilities are endless—let your imagination run wild with a hot glue gun at hand!

Materials List:
One 66 foot 20 m strand of LED fairy lights (indoor or outdoor)

One Set US Size 17 12 mm double pointed needles
One US Size 17 12 mm 16 or 24-inch circular needle
1 stitch marker or scrap of yarn
12-inch 30 cm diameter 3 mm metal floral hoop
40 yards 37 m bulky weight yarn (for attaching lights to hoop)
6 mm crochet hook (for attaching lights to hoop)
Optional: hot glue gun, felt ball garland, dried flowers, evergreen bows
