Take Me Away... a cowl designed to do just that! With three simple stitches and a super easy beading technique, Take Me Away will soar off your needles. Lace weight yarn is held both single and double to create depth and texture within the stitches. Take Me Away has two sizes, a smaller circumference to slide  over your head and a larger wrap around your neck or shoulders version!


MATERIALS

MC- 420 (840) yd [384 (768) m] of lace weight yarn
CC- 210 (420) yd [192 (384) m] of lace weight yarn
Yarn I Used:
Essence of Autumn, Prairie Lace; (100% superwash Merino); 840 yd [768 m]/ 4 oz [115 g]); MC- Cretan Meadow, CC- Cretan Grass

US Size 7 (4.5 mm) 24 (32) inch circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 5 (3.75 mm) 24 (32) inch circular needle, or two sizes smaller than needed to obtain gauge
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle

Optional
Approx. 5 (10) grams each of Size 8/0 glass seed beads in 4 different colors
Dental floss threader (for stringing beads)
