Blingola Shrug is an asymmetric cowl with a modern funnel neck. Who doesn’t need a bling-filled holiday season? Blingola Shrug is worked top-down in the round with a turned hem at the neck and short row shaping to create the asymmetry. Adorn those shoulders with some shimmer.

Blingola Shrug is knit with two fabulous yarns — Lola’s Blingola (a 100% cotton with multi-colored sequins) and Pascuali Puno, a scrumptious cotton/alpaca blend. The fabric these two yarns make together is perfection. They are knit together at a loose gauge, allowing the fabric to drape and the sequins to easily pop to the front of your work. Knitting with bling has never been so easy!

MATERIALS
MC- 200 yards [183 meters] of fingering weight yarn 
Bling- 175 yards [160 meters] of bling

MC- Pascuali, Puno Winikunka; (70% organic cotton/30% alpaca); 218 yds [200 m]/ 1.76 oz [50 g]
Bling- Lola’s Blingola; (100% cotton with sequins); 175 yds [160 m]/ 1.76 oz [50 g]

Ndl A- US Size 6 [4 mm] 24 inch [61 cm] circular needle, or one size smaller than needed to obtain gauge 
Ndl B- US Size 7 [4.5 mm] 24 inch [61 cm] circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge 
Tapestry needle, 40 inch [102 cm] length of stitch saver
