Batana
Batana is all about getting to use those special buttons you have in your stash! I don’t know about you, but I hoard unique buttons, and then never have anything to do with them... this scarflette with it’s shaped lace border and garter stitch body is the perfect solution!
Batana is also October's pattern in Adorn Anew.
Materials
75 yards of sport weight yarn
Yarn Used:
Blue Sky Alpaca Metalico (50% baby alpaca/50% raw silk); platinum
Size 6 (4mm) needles
Size 7 (4.5mm) needles
Stitch holder or spare needle
1-1.25 inch SPECIAL button
(mine is from Melissa Jean Designs)
Tapestry needle
Gauge
22 sts/30 rows (15 ridges) = 4 inches in garter stitch, blocked
Finished Measurements
4.5 inches at widest point by 24 inches long
