Love Language

Love Language is a top-down shawl, with a Shetland lace center panel, and wings with beads scattered like rice thrown at a wedding. The shawl is completed with a beaded lace bind-off that just screams happy ending.

656 yards [600 meters] heavy lace weight yarn
Yarn I Used:
Fiber MacGyver, Love Language; (100% Mulberry Silk; 656 yd
[600 m]/ 3.5 oz [100 g]); Love Language
US Size 4 [3.5 mm] needles, or size needed to obtain gauge
Two US Size 4 [3.5 mm] double-pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge
Stitch markers

Optional
319 Size 6/0 Japanese Seed Beads in a majestical mix
Tool for placing beads- Super Floss, .75-1 mm steel crochet hook, or a Beadle Needle

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Approx. 70 inches [178 cm] wingspan x 27 inches [69 cm] deep at center
(Tthis will vary with blocking technique!)

GAUGE
22 sts x 30 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in St st, unblocked
